June 30th, 2023Data&AI Day

The MH Data&AI Day, is dedicated to AI and Data for Moët Hennessy's Top Executives and took place on June 30th at Metafore Vincennes. The day was structured around two main moments:
  • An inspiring morning with keynotes from leading Experts on the topic and Round Tables on 4 specific topics: Agribusiness, Industry 4.0, Distribution and Generative AI,
  • An experiential afternoon with interactive workshops and demonstrations organized in different paths to deep-dive in specific topics relevant to Moët Hennessy: Industry 4.0, Agribusiness, Distribution and Data Do it Yourself. You will select the path most relevant to you.

Data oriented Workshops 

During the afternoon the participants joined a path on a specific topic. Each path adressed a specific step along the Moët Hennessy value chain. The objective of the path was to give the participants the opportunity to dive into the usages and impact of Data&AI. Each workshop consisted of 3 steps, including demos, use cases and hands-on experimentation.

Agribusiness

Gain valuable insights into data and AI in agribusiness as we dive into the transformative power of data and AI technologies to revolutionize the agricultural industry. 

Through real-world case studies and expert insights, we explored how to combine data and AI to drive innovation, sustainability and excellence in agribusiness and show how data collection, AI algorithms and machine learning techniques are reshaping the future of agriculture and contribute to a more efficient, productive and environmentally conscious industry.

Industry 4.0

Industry 4.0 represents the next phase of the industrial revolution, characterized by the integration of digital technologies, automation, and data-driven decision-making. In this path, we explored how the potential of data and AI is being harnessed to drive innovation, efficiency and competitiveness in industry sectors. 

Through engaging presentations, interactive sessions, and real-world case studies, we showcased how data collection, AI algorithms, and machine learning techniques are revolutionizing industrial processes.  

Distribution

We embarked on a captivating exploration of the experiential path of data and AI in distribution. We gained invaluable insights into the transformative potential of data and AI technologies in the luxury industry and uncover strategies to elevate the distribution of luxury goods to new heights. 

Through compelling presentations, engaging discussions and insightful case studies, we demonstrated how Data and AI-powered solutions are revolutionizing the way luxury brands like Moët Hennessy connect with their discerning customers, from demand forecasting and inventory optimization to personalized marketing and customer segmentation.  

Data Do It Yourself

An immersive, hands-on journey of data mining and AI-driven innovation. 

In collaboration with Dataiku, a leading platform for Enterprise AI and machine learning, this workshop was designed to empower participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to harness the power of data and AI on a day-to-day basis for the luxury industry. 

Through dynamic sessions, hands-on exercises, and expert guidance, the participants were guided through the data lifecycle, from data preparation and exploration to modeling and prediction. They gained hands-on experience using Dataiku's intuitive and powerful platform, designed to democratize data science and enable collaboration across teams.
